HOW THE CROWN COSMETICS REFILLABLE SYSTEM WORKS

Our refillable hotel amenity system has been designed to make housekeeping simple, efficient and cost-effective while ensuring a consistent guest experience.

RECOMMENDED BOTTLE ROTATION

For each product (Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand & Body Wash and Hand & Body Creme), we recommend maintaining three 300ml bottles.

• One bottle in active guest use

• One bottle prepared and ready for housekeeping changeover

• One spare bottle held in reserve

   

This simple rotation system helps ensure a continuous supply of amenities while allowing housekeeping teams to manage room servicing efficiently.

HOUSEKEEPING CHANGEOVER PROCESS

1. Remove the bottle currently in use.

2. Replace it with a prepared, full bottle.

3. Refill the used bottle from the corresponding 5L refill container.

4. Return the refilled bottle to housekeeping stock, ready for the next changeover.

 

This process helps maintain presentation standards while reducing room turnaround times.
