Apply 20-30 minutes before exposure to the sun.
Dot the sunscreen all over the area to be protected.
Gently massage into your skin.
Repeat steps 2 and 3.
Reapply your sunscreen immediately if you become wet or experience excessive sweating.
Reapply at least every 2 hours.
